First of all, Jenny the blanket is absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to see it in real life!
Our next meeting will the usual, if you all have no other suggestion. Cafe Heaven, Wednesday, 5.30PM.

The blanket is done!

At last! I can dance in triumph, according to the pattern. The baby (not mine!) was born on Wednesday, and I finally finished the blanket this morning, Saturday. I will bring it with me next Wednesday.

I'll be there on 18th, and I may even bring my blanket. ;-)

same place, same time, OK girls?

Will the same time, same place suit everyone?

I hope I will be OK enough by then to join you all. I missed the last week's meeting so much!

Small is beautiful?

Where are you all?? I sat in the cafe and knitted alone for forty-five whole minutes, then Nicole joined me, but still, only two of us. We had a good knit and natter, but would love more people to come next time.

There were two little children whose mother brought them over to say hello, but the little girl got shy. Her mum explained, "She's been wanting to come and ask you what you're making". Actually, it's socks, but that's only because they're portable. The baby blanket, for my friend who is due in less than two weeks (aaargh!), is now more than half done, but is way, way too complicated to bring out of the house.

What a nice crowd, I miss our circle a lot. Unfortunately, my family has the flu one member after the other so I could not make time to join. Next Wednesday I will be there. Krisztina
