or the cafe at the center of the Szabadsg tér,
we haven't decided it yet, it will depend on the weather. Hopefuly I will not forget to post about it on monday.

Old-New place next week

We are going back for a while to the cafe in the middle of the Szabadság tér. Not because we don't love the California Cafe, I think it is one of the best places we had been, but I also liked the Szabadság tér, so we go there to see.

June 24th will be my last Wednesday in Budapest, so I will be coming to the craft club at 5.45 in California Cafe, Szent Istvan ter, to say goodbye. :(

Hey everyone... we did it...however small our group is, but we still knitted in public... here is some proof (Pictures were shot by my son, Christopher... I guess by now we could name him as our official photografer :-)))... Here we sitting in the California Cafe where we moved inside because of the wind:

Then when the kids grew restless, and the wind seemed to subside we moved to Szabadság tér, where palygrouds abound... The wind decided to come up promptly:

If you like to knit, but don't have time to commit to a regular weekly meeting, now is your chance! This Saturday, 13th June, people all around the world will be getting out there and blatantly knitting in public. We will be at the California Cafe on Szent Istvan ter, near the Basilica, from 3pm.
